Signum Biosciences awarded a phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant ($200K) from the NIAID to study our GPM compounds as a “Novel class of non steroidal anti-inflammatories”.

We have entered into a joint development license and commercialization agreement with Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, for the development and commercialization of our proprietary technologies in the Japanese market.

Jun 2008

Kunio Yamada of Rohto Pharmaceuticals joins Signum’s Board of Directors.

Signum is granted INCI approval from the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) for Arazine™ as well as STMs as a new class of cosmetic ingredients.

Signum Biosciences and Dr. Jose Fernandez, PhD, awarded a research fellowship award from NJCST.

Collaborative research effort at Princeton University (including Dr. Jeffry Stock) determines the “Structural mechanism of demethylation and inactivation of protein phosphatase 2A”. (Published in Cell)

Signum Biosciences expands: To accommodate our companies rapid growth and increased work force, we have relocated within the Princeton Corporate Plaza to a larger facility with increased laboratory and office space.
