We all struggle to maintain health, and continue to improve ourselves from day to day. With all of the new trends that arise seemingly each month, how are we to discern what might actually improve our well being. Diet, Exercise, and Sleep being the pillars of this and affecting everything that goes along with it, our attention to each detail of our routine and habits is of the utmost importance. Our well being is the outcome of our overall health and habits in lifestyle, showing us how one impacts the other. If we don't make observations and experiment with new habits or routines, then how can we improve. Each issue we encounter or challenge we want to overcome, we have to look at it like a problem, and we have to work each problem as it presents itself.
