See attached document. Signum researchers in collaboration with Princeton University presented a poster titled, “Modulating PP2A Methylation using Natural Extracts”. Here we demonstrate several natural extracts including coffee modulate the methylation state of PP2A. We then isolated a component in coffee called EHT and show that it conserves PP2A methylation and reduces tau and alpha-synuclein hyperphosphorylation, hallmarks of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
